At Cooklico, we want you to love cooking with our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery provided that:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at support@cooklico.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
Non-returnable items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after 60 days
- Sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
