Why titanium
Everything a pan should be
Toxin-free cooking
No PFOA, no PFAS and no chemical coating. Just clean meals.
Easy food release
A short preheat and eggs slide, cleanup takes seconds.
Even heat
No hot spots or burnt edges, just consistent results.
Built to last
A tough surface that shrugs off metal utensils.
Size guide
Find your size
Three sizes, one design. Pick the one that matches how you cook.
Small 10″ · for one or two
Perfect for eggs, sides and quick lunches.
Standard 11″ · our most popular
The everyday size for couples and small families.
Large 12″ · for the whole table
Room for family dinners, batch cooking and big sears.
Getting started
Four habits for effortless cooking
-
1
Warm it up
60–90 seconds on low to medium heat. Titanium never needs high heat.
-
2
Add a little fat
A teaspoon of oil or butter, swirled across the hammered texture.
-
3
Be patient
Let food brown before you move it. It lifts away on its own.
-
4
Cool, then wash
Warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Soak first if anything is stuck.
Up close
Designed around the details
A titanium cooking surface
Non-reactive and coating-free, so acidic sauces and tomatoes never pick up a metallic taste.
A hammered texture
Small raised points help food release and keep everyday scratches from showing.
A tempered glass lid
Watch sauces reduce and eggs set without lifting the lid. Included free.
A base for every cooktop
Induction, gas, electric or ceramic. It heats evenly on all of them.
In the kitchen
Made for real meals

Weeknight steaks
Sear hard without worrying about a coating. Deglaze straight in the pan.

One-pan dinners
Chicken, onions and spices, all cooked evenly from the middle to the edge.

Sunday omelettes
A little butter, a short preheat, and breakfast folds straight onto the plate.
Side by side
Titanium vs. the pans you know
How our titanium pan stacks up against the two most common options.
Why choose titanium?
Titanium is strong, non-reactive and does not need a chemical coating to cook well. You get easy food release without PFAS, and a surface that stands up to metal utensils and everyday use. See how it compares side by side.
Which size is right for me?
Cooking for one or two? Go 10″. For most households the 11″ is the sweet spot. Feeding a family or batch cooking? Choose the 12″.
What comes in the box?
Your titanium pan and a tempered glass lid that fits it.
Is there any coating or PFAS?
No. The cooking surface is titanium with no coating, and the pan is made without PFAS, PFOA and PTFE.
Can I use it on induction?
Yes, along with gas, electric and ceramic cooktops.
How do I clean it?
Let it cool, then wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. For anything stubborn, soak it in warm water for a few minutes first.
Can I use metal utensils?
Yes. There is no coating to scratch or peel, so metal spatulas and whisks are fine. Wooden and silicone tools work great too.
What can I cook in it?
Just about everything. Fluffy eggs and pancakes in the morning, seared steaks and crispy chicken thighs at dinner, stir-fries, sautéed vegetables and simmered sauces. With the glass lid you can also steam, braise and keep food warm.
